Residential Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time residential scheduling coordinator that will be responsible for scheduling all retrofit projects and new construction projects, registering equipment, billing documentation and contacting customers. This position works with various departments with-in the company including accounting, project managers, and field employees. This position requires professional and courteous conduct, consistent attendance, and excellence in customer service delivery.
