Commercial Project Manager

Sunset Air, INC is hiring a Commercial Project Manager. This position is responsible for the planning and management of commercial construction projects for HVAC and plumbing installation. This position is responsible for all areas of project management, including, but not limited to, labor scheduling, equipment and material purchasing and delivery, construction phase planning and maintaining relationships with general contractors, vendors and suppliers, foreman and engineers.

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
BS degree in Construction Project Management or Engineering
Excellent negotiating skills with suppliers and vendors
Possess excellent people and customer service skills (internal and external)
Able to work and communicate with a variety of personalities
Very detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects on an ongoing basis
Strong knowledge of computer applications
Able to prioritize and have strong time management skills
